● Clinical staffing and expertise – Maintaining doctoral-level licensed clinicians who deliver weekly therapeutic engagement, cohort facilitation, and specialized maternal behavioral health care over the full 52-week program cycle

● Program infrastructure – Supporting secure virtual delivery platforms, standardized clinical assessments (PHQ-9, Beck Depression/Anxiety Inventories, PCL-5 PTSD measures), continuous care coordination, and aggregated outcome reporting systems

● Access expansion – Scaling capacity to serve additional mothers experiencing trauma, addiction, depression, and co-occurring disorders related to family crisis, reducing waitlists and accelerating treatment initiation

● Operational continuity – Covering administrative functions, compliance requirements, and organizational infrastructure that enable consistent service delivery across all 52 weeks of intensive outpatient programming
